Good concept terrible outcome! December 19, 2012
"We were so excited when we saw this gift for our grandmother! We ordered it and had all her grandchildren names put on it. When the product was delivered the colors were beautiful however only two names seemed to be dominant and some of the names didn't even show up because they were hidden behind the message! The names wrap around but in the same pattern so in the open space only two names get shown. Very disappointing!"

"The mug I recieved does not look like the picture above. The two names do not repeat themselves, instead, the names were printed in straight vertical rows and put down the front with large spaces in between. The black lettering is fuzzier then expected. I hope PC can reprint my order without a hassle since I am not happy."
