Quality was not 100% November 15, 2012
"I like the idea, the mug and the colors; however, the quality was not great. There was a red tiny smear at the top and the whole piece of art is not straight. It is slanted to the left. I don’t have the patience or time to return this item or else I would have requested a new mug with better quality!"

"I ordered this for my husband as a gift and i have only 1 daughter.I thought there will be 1 handprint and her name below it.But it has both handprints(which is fine) and her name is below the left hand only(in the middle would have been better).Also the name is not clear.Iam very disappointed with it.They should have an option to display name in the middle if there is a single kid."
