Bad stain job November 18, 2012
"Just received this much anticipated child's rocking chair in natural wood. Delivery was fast but there's a problem. The stenciled name at the top looks good, but the staining on the left side of the rocker is much darker than the right with what appears to be some black burn marks. It's very noticeable and disappointing. I thought I found a really nice gift but now I have to decide if I am sending it back, and I don't have time for that nonsense."

"This chair is even more adorable in person than in the picture. The customization is top notch and the wood is good quality. Assembly is simple and minimal. I had a small issue with the chair when it arrived and customer service addressed the issue within an hour of my original e-mail. I love the chair--but finding helpful customer service is hard to come by these days. Their helpfulness was just as impressive as their product! I would highly recommend ordering anything from Personal Creations!!"

"The chair was missing a dowel. No idea where we'll get one. The front of the chair had a black burn mark. The burn mark took away from the cuteness of the chair. If I purchased another chair, I would have it painted. It would probably hide any imperfections."
