"Description fails to say that there can be no spaces in the name you want on the frame. Example: You can't order COACH SUE (which is 8 letters and one space). It will be delivered as COACHSUE. Had to settle, after three attempts to correct this on the frame I ordered, for just COACH on the frame I gave as a gift."
