"I received this gift from someone about a year ago, so I decided to purchase one for friends of ours for their birthdays. I love the idea of the gift, but the only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with were the letter choices for "B" & for the "Y". They didn't seem to flow with the other letters in the name. But overall I was happy enough with the purchase."

"We were satisfied with the personalized frame ordered. Love the wine inspired design. However, my one issue is that there was a same item used to create the letters that were placed next to each other. Ex.) two consecutive letters in our last name were created using grapes and a cork. Would be more visually appealing if this wasn't the case. In fairness, I have not notified anyone at the company to see if the issue could be rectified."

Would not recommend... December 11, 2012
"I am not sure if I've ever written a review before, but feel this product wasn't represented well. The description says "The same photo will not be repeated even if your name..." This is very deceiving. True, in my 7 letter photograph there were no EXACT photos replicated. HOWEVER, 4 of my 7 photos are of spilled wine creating the letters. While they are not EXACT duplicates, in my opinion, they are way too similar to be making up a 7 letter name. I was so excited to gift this as a Christmas present; now, I am slightly embarrassed."
