"The ordering process was very simple, shipping was quick. My only suggestion would be to offer customers the opportunity to preview the product (with their photo and info) prior to submitting their order. Had I had that, I would have probably chosen a different picture and would have edited my information to say something else. The poster itself is great and we've received several compliments. I will be ordering one for my son and new daughter in law."
