"I bought this for my mother-in-law when my father-in-law passed away. Just over a month later she passed away too...so I got it back. Now 5 years later, I am regifting this to a young girl who lost her fiance. The message is perfect. Yes, it's plastic instead of metal, but worn next to your heart is far more important than the material of the piece. It has (obviously) never rusted or broken. I love it!!!!"
