"The colors are nice, except where the personalized black part is faded over the black mug. Also, this imprinting is crooked / printed on a slant. There is chip in the black part under the handle."

"I expected the mug to have the lettering as was displayed on the website but when I received it, it had just the name of the person on one side of the mug all by itself and the team 7 on the other side. I would have liked for it to have all of the lettering on one side."
