"First off, Personal Creations has great customer service, and they have tried to fix the first issue now already once. I do appreciate that! In the description online and in the catalog, it describes the boy's onesie as red which would make sense since it's modeled after Superman. In actuality, the one we received is really more like a deep pink. It's really not red, and I'm hesitant to put my son in except for a picture given it's coloring. I thought we got a bad batch, but they sent me another one and it looked the same.
The second issue is that I washed the onesies which turned out great. I also washed the capes that go with them. I put them in a dryer safe mesh bag to protect them even more and dryed them on low like the instructions say. On the boy's cape, one of the red stars completely came off in the dryer and the two other stars both are peeling off. On the girl's cape, one of the small stars on the pack is peeling off.
I would suggest not washing the capes or at least not drying the capes. I followed all the instructions and washed them in Dreft, hand wash cycle, plus super low drying and it still happened.
The option really is to remove the other star stickers just so it looks okay and not have any stars on the cape.
I would say this is cute if you are only buying to wear once and take a picture in, but not if you are trying to wash and wear this more often."
