"I was given one of these as a gift, and it is a mess. The paint looks like a child did it, the hooks were bent in every direction possible, and it is far too weak. Not to mention the edges are extremely sharp. I would never recommend buying, or gifting."

"I thought that this would be the type of item that would last forever, but after just a few weeks outside it already needs to be painted. Also it is very thin material which hardly hold the weight of my tools, I have had to bend several of the hooks back up. I will certainly not purchase another item from this company."

"I was quite disappointed in Item #30028904, BBQ Tool Rack. Though it is durable steel, my expectations were that it would have more substance to it. I gave this as a Christmas gift and had not seen it prior to opening. I was embarrassed to say the least. It seemed more like a key holder! Also the description printed is incorrect. It says "Both" items; there is only 1 item. This is the first time I've order from Personal Creations and though your products all look wonderful, I'm reluctant to order without seeing the actual product. Sorry this isn't a more favorable review, but thought you at least needed to know about the description error."
