Beautiful box; lock did not work though March 19, 2013
"I bought this keepsake box for my grandson's 5th Birthday. He's into locks and such and I knew he would love it. I was very disappointed when it arrived and I discovered the lock did not work at all. The box itself is beautifully crafted, but the manufacturer should replace the lockset with something different. I called customer service and was extremely pleased with the customer service representative I spoke with. He was very courteous, helpful and sympathetic that the replacement box would not be delivered in time for my grandson's birthday. The replacement works fine and overall, I am very happy with the product."

Decent quality, but disappointed in the lock January 03, 2013
"The box itself seems like it is made of decent quality and my son was SO excited when he opened it because it looks nice. But we are having problems with the lock. We both struggle to get it to lock and unlock. If the lock worked, we would love it. But because of that, my son was pretty disappointed."

"I was team mom for my sons baseball team this year and after talking with the boys, it was decided they did not want trophies!!! When I saw these boxes I had to get them!!!
