"I bought this for my 2-year-old nephew, who LOVES Spongebob. He was very excited when he opened it, especially when I told him this means he can sleep with Spongebob, Squidword, etc. every night! The printed area felt a little stiff, though not uncomfortably so, and I expect that will lessen with washing."

"I purchased this pillowcase as an addition to the Spongebob bedding set my son already had in his new "Spongebob" themed room. The printing on the pillowcase is hard and abrasive feeling. As I thought this might come out with a few washings, I put it in my washer several times in a row, no softening. I soaked it in the sink in some hot water with some detergent for hours still nothing. So if you just want a personalized case that you don't intend to use go for it otherwise, skip the purchase!"

"Overall I am happy with the pillow case. The design is nice however it is quite hard being a raised design so my son actually will not put his head on that side. Better to use as a decortive pillow and not one to actually sleep with."

"I PURCHASED THREE OF THESE PILLOWCASES ALL WITH MY CHILDRENS NAMES. LETTERS WERE HARD AND SCRATCHY. AFTER WASHING THEM THEY STUCK TOGETHER AND WERE NOT ANY BETTER. WE ENDED UP NOT USING THE PILLOWCASES AS THEY WERE TOO HARD AND NOT ABLE TO PUT YOUR HEAD ON THEM WITH OUT A SCRATCHED FACE WHEN DONE."

"I purchased this pillow case for my two sons and while it is cute, the transfer is very hard, rough and loud. I ordered a different pillowcase for my daughter and it is soft and something you would sleep on, but the SpongeBob ones are not comfortable to sleep on. I was disappointed with these. =("
