"First of all, it arrived in a timely matter as promised, The packaging was above and beyond. Lots if peanuts and Bubble wrap. The picture is well constructed and solidly built. The craftsmanship is very good. My boyfriend was very touched and He loved seeing our names printed together around the Word soulmate all protected under sturdy glass. The only Thing that could be improved is if there was either hardware To attach picture hanging wire or if it was already pre-fitted With hanging hooks or wire. But you'll love it anyhow."

"In the picture on the website this looks amazing and glossy and like it looks amazing. While it looks great from a distance, up close you can tell it was printed on cheap cardboard. Further, the frame was already scratched when my boyfriend pulled it out the packaging on Valentine's Day. Deep gouges out of the entire thing."
