"I ordered two of these for my grandma's for Christmas. The only problem that I had was that one came with the clasp not connected so I had to reconnect it with a pair of tweezers. Not that big of a deal because I was able to fix it myself but it shouldn't have happened for how much I paid. If I wouldn't have been able to fix it, there would be a lower rating. Overall both of my grandmas loved this bracelet and said it was the best gift they've ever gotten."

When she received it it was beautifully packaged, my note wasn't just on a shipping receipt it was on a nice little card that was even in a little envelope!
