"I bought two of these to give as gifts. The personalized plates in the middle came unglued in the shipping box. Thankfully, they did not break. I was able to use epoxy to glue them back but shouldn't have had to go through the trouble...."

"I would purchase products again. I received my order wrong the first time but customer service was very helpful and reshipped. When I received my shipment (before estimated date Very Happy) my only complaint is that I have to glue the ceramic tile back in place because it had come loose. Overall very happy."

"I bought this for my Brothers wedding. They LOVED it. Now they want another one for the front door. All of her friends are asking where she got it. They ALL want one now. For the price. You cant beat it. Yes, the tile was loose when I got it. I just added Gorilla Glue to make sure it will never fall out."
