"Cute concept, and I ignored other reviews about poor quality because it looked so cute but the other reviewers were right. The deer broke off as soon as i opened the package, and then when i was trying to attach the list, Santa's hand broke off. It's a cute ornament otherwise but the quality is very poor."

"The item was so cute on line and in the catalog but when I got my item it was terrible. The worst paint job ever. The detail was really bad with glue spots and was not painted all the way and the quality was not good either. The price was a little high but I. Wanted it anyway and I was so disappointed when I got the item... Do not buy!!"

"This was super cute...but when we went to put the name plack on..the hand broke off...we had to super glue it....I was hoping it was all one piece..but you have to attach the name plack..which probably wont stay on without super gluing it.."

"Although it's true that the colors and detail aren't as sharp as the picture shows, it's still a cute ornament with an 'antiquey/ hand-made' feel. It's a great ornament if you want to personalize a lot of names and/or words. The ornament also has a 3-D effect with toy characters placed all around Santa, facing outward. There is some assembly involved- the list needs to be attached to the ornament and this can be tricky. If you can't do it yourself, find someone who has a lot of patience and fine hand-eye coordination!"
