"I thought this would be larger than what it was, the hinges are flemsy and the box itself looks cheaply made.....it's a great idea but I thought it would be better.....Personal Creations has helped me many times through the year with so many different items....this is the only one I was unhappy with...."

Box is misrepresented in the descripton. April 06, 2012
"This product is very small and only measures 3 1/2 " x 3 1/2" x 1 1/2"- not what is advertised. There is also no satin ribbon in the box - only plain wood. Just be prepared for the size if you order it. I ordered 2 other keepsake boxes and am embarassed to give this one when compared to the other 2 boxes. The other 2 boxes were well worth the extra $4.00. I'm giving a fair rating instead of a poor rating because the cross design is pretty."
