"The elephant is large, while it says in the description 13" i just over looked that and was expecting smaller. Nothing bad about that just was pleasantly surprised. The letters are not embroidered they are iron on type print but still very cute. timely shipment."

"Online these elephants with the personal name and date of birth look wonderdul. When I received my order it was a dissappointment. The lettering is vinyl and the color barely stands out on the pink elephant. Plus one of the elephants ear has a permanent wrinkle mark where it was shipped folded wrong. Personal creations is a good Company but this product is not up to their standards. It reminded me of a stuffed animal you win at a carnival."
