Item Description:

Upload your favorite digital image of sisters or best buddies and we’ll reproduce it on a heart pendant. We also engrave the back with any message on 3 lines, up to 11 characters per line. Due to the dimensions of the item, images with only 1-2 subjects that are close together work best. The pendant, 1 1/2”L, is crafted with solid stainless steel backing and hangs suspended from an 18” silver ball chain.

"This necklace looks adorable on the website and actually would be really cute if the photo quality wasn't horrible - which it is! Also, I don't get why their "cropping" feature has you cropping an image vertically when the heart is wider than it is tall. Makes no sense."

"I should have listened to the other reviews. The picture was half off the heart and it was blurry and bad resolution (and the picture I sent was professional, so it wasn't the picture). The heart is very big, not pendant size. Looks cheap. The chain is ugly and wicked long. However, I have hung it from my rear-review mirror in my car instead of arguing about returning it. The engraving on the back is nice. One of the only things I have gotten from Personal Creations that I didn't life."

"Do not buy this item. It is a nice sized heart charm, but the quality of the image is extremely poor. The image is blurry and you will more than likely have to replace to necklace that comes with it as it is too small for an average adult. It would make a great gift if the picture did not give you a headache for looking at it for more than 30 seconds."

"I ordered this for my grandson to give to his mother on Mother's Day. I just received it today and it;s beautiful, the pic looks great, the chain is good, all my friends loved it. I have ordered another one for my other daughter and it will be from her daughter. I had to re=send another pic cause the first one was not good. "The heart shaped pendent was just what I was hoping for. What you must keep in mind is to make certain you understand the requirements of the picture that you are uploading. Mine pendent came out great - other complained that there's were blurry. I am guessing it is because they did not understand the requirements for the photos. You cannot simple upload any photo - it must meet the requirements. If not you cannot blame the seller. The reason i did not give it 5 stars is because the chain was cheap and ugly. I simple went to Wal-mart and spent 10 dollars on a nicer chain. Because this was exactly what I wanted I am very satisfied with the pendent itself."
