"I was just given a fourth plate as a gift for me to pass on to my grandchildren. My first plate was for my granddaughter and that plate was more detailed for a girl then the one I just received for my other granddaughter, it's still beautiful , but certainly not as detailed and DEFINITELY having the last name is more personal."

"I have been giving these memory-making engraved plates to friends and relatives for many years. Everyone who receives one marvels at the beautiful detail. Everyone keeps them prominently displayed on a stand in their baby's room.I was very disappointed when I saw that the last name is no longer included in the engraving. All my nieces and nephews' plates have their last name and it makes the gift very distinctive...however the newest baby's plates only have first and middle names. Everyone I gifted with these was delighted to see the baby's last name engraved. I think the new design diminishes the plate compared to the previous design."
