"The suitcase does not open like a normal suitcase so you cannot put clothes in it. It is more of a backpack. BUT, the plastic that the suitcase stands on is not stable and cracks and breaks very easily."

Excellent choice for a child's gift November 24, 2012
"Last Christmas, I bought the rollling pilot case for my grandson. It came exactly as described. It is well constructed and enough room to pack toys and clothes for a visit to anywhere. My grandson, age 5, loved it! So, this year, I bought the pink pilot case for my granddaughter, age 4. I know she will love it, as well. I love the script personalization. I did feel that the pink color was a bit dull in comparison to the blue one that I purchased last year. However, I wouldn't let that stand in the way of purchasing the product."

Poor Quality September 11, 2012
"I purchased this for my grandaughter's birthday and when it arrived, I was thoroughly disappointed in the quality. It's cheap material and looks cheap. It's advertised as a "Rolling Pilot Case", yet the top does not open totally as other luggage does so that you could place folded clothes into it. It's really more like a bookbag where you stuff books into it. I would not recomment it to anyone :-("

Very cute, but too flimsy. July 26, 2012
"We didn't even leave the house on our trip before this bag came unscrewed from it's base. My husband used a screw to hold it together so our son would not be disappointed, but it was still a hassle. It will not stand up! It tips forward. Cute bag, but not user friendly. Very frustrating on a trip. Good news, customer service did offer to send a replacement. However, I opted for another item so as not to go through frustration again! Thank you to customer service!"
