"Love love love this particular ornament!!! Picture does not do it justice... very pretty!! I order several ornaments every year, and PC never disappoints us! Family members look forward to them now :) This one is engraved so the names are perfect... great for a teacher, doctor, or larger family too as it takes up to seven names!! Love that the year is on this one too! I change them up each year (with such a great selection to choose from).... and they have quite the collection of memories from each quality made ornament :)"

Customer Service Excellent!!! Ornament Perfect! December 23, 2012
"I updated my daughter's family ornament this year. I ordered it and everything was perfect. I was told by FedEx that it was delivered at 11am. After verifying my tracking I notified Personal Creations. That evening I was notified by email that they were resending the ornament. The next morning my package was delivered to me by my neighbor. It was in his personal mailbox. I immediately notified personal creations that I had mine now and it was in perfect condition. Too late. I now have 2 (one for my tree and one for hers) The way this was handled was the ultimate in customer satisfaction. The ornament turned out perfect and was shipped in protective wrapping."
