"This product arrived as described and pictured on the site. Wish it was more substantial though. Seems light and that the tabbed pieces of wood will not hold up to years of play. Will buy personalized board puzzle next time since this product seems more like something one would display instead of something a child would enjoy playing with."

Adorable but not very solid February 15, 2012
"This puzzle is really cute, but almost fragile. I bought it for my two year old and she accidentally dropped a puzzle piece on our hardwood floor and it broke unto two pieces. I was able to glue it back together, but i thought it would have been better wood and less breakable. I did like that any name could be personalized, because they spelling of my daughters name, Baileigh, isn't common and I can't usually find anything personalized with her spelling. Cute product but could be a bit better quality."

Great quality but limited options February 17, 2011
"I first bought this product almost 3 years ago and there wasn't any maximum or minimum number of letters needed to order. I loved it as a decoration in my son's nursery so I bought another one for my daughter's nursery...only this time I HAD to have a word/name that was over 6 letters long. My daughter's name is only 5 letters. I ended up having to get her first & middle name done just to meet the minimum requirement. It doesn't look as good to have the first and middle names squashed together in one puzzle. Please go back to no minimum letters!"
