"I ordered 5 of these mugs for the children in my wedding ceremony. I also ordered the gift boxes. I received 4 of the mugs about 1 week after placing the order, and they looked great. The other one arrived a week later without the gift box. I wrote them an email to ask them about the gift box, and they refunded my money for the gift box but shipped it anyway. Great customer service, and the mugs are great!"
