"The frame was not mitered properly. I contacted Customer Service and was told that I would receive a new frame before Christmas but I never did. Since this was a gift for a family member I was very disappointed. I would never purchase anything again from this company."

"I thought this was a cute idea! My coworker is about to have a baby and I put her pregnancy pictures inside it along with spelling her daughters name.
