a great idea, could be a better product March 22, 2013
"I bought three frames for each of my kids. I loved the sample photo and the idea of having the personalization. One of the frames that I got was pretty messed up. The letter 'e' was bent backwords, and there was black smudges on the frame. The back of the paper frame was very messy with black ink. However, the other two frames were perfectly fine and beautiful."

"I have received two of these as gifts now and I love them. I would like to buy one as a gift for a friend but my only disappointment is that there aren't more color options. Yellow or purple would be perfect but I would even love to see white."

After 4 other purchases, this one was a big disappointment! September 27, 2012
"LOVE LOVE LOVE the name frame and have gifted several in the past couple of years. Always arrive promptly and in great condition. Better quality than I had expected and were well received by recipients. This time was a very different experience. Gift arrived and was handed to new mom. Once opened, it was damaged. I was so embarrassed. Ordered replacement which arrived quickly but it had problems as well. Again, new mom was gracious but I could tell she was disappointed again. New cut mat would not fit into frame that it came with. I didn't want to have to go have it professionally adjusted so I looked around and found a frame that the mat would fit in to. Will not be ordering this gift again. Although customer service was good, it appears that merchandise quality is going down hill. So sad to loose this as a go to retailer for baby gifts."

Don't waste your money September 04, 2012
"I received this as a gift two years ago when my daughter was born, and I really loved it. In turn, I ordered it last month for my friend's new daughter. Luckily I had it shipped to me. The first frame arrived and the mat was all dirty and marked. On top of that, it didn't even fit into the provided frame. I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. They shipped me a whole new mat/frame. It arrived and this time the frame was all dingy and scraped. The mat fit better, but still not accurately, into the frame. It does not seem like anyone checks the mat in the frame before they ship it. Overall: nice customer service, but terrible product and attention to detail. I will not be ordering this for anyone else."
