"The name cutout was not inserted into the picture frame. I had to search in the outer wrap for the cutout and move the standard swivel rivets to open the backing and place the cutout matte inside. The cutout had burn marks on the back from the laser. The frame only had an arm to stand it on a flat surface, no means to hang it on a wall. Disappointing compared to the portrayal on the site. Still adequate for a present, but not as nice as I was hoping for."

Although the laser etching does produce some scorch marks on the wrong side of the mat, this does not impact the appearance or quality of the mat or frame. Although most of our frames do come with hardware that can be used to hang them, we apologize that this one did not and will be checking with our quality team.
