"I ordered this for my husband and when it arrived it was missing one of the prongs to hold the picture in as well as the frame looked like very cheap plastic. I was not impressed at all with the quality. :("

Not what I expected August 01, 2012
"When I first saw this product online, I was excited about it, because I had been looking for a unique gift to purchase for my Nana who had just lost her beloved pooch. But when it arrived, the frame was so flimsy, it was barely staying together. In addition, one of the fasteners that holds that picture in was missing. The paper that the poem & engraving was printed on was so thin, it could tear easily. It was SO disappointing because I loved the concept of the whole thing and wished it had been as awesome as it was advertised to be. But alas, it was an epic failure & completely unworthy to give as a gift. Totally unworth the money they were charging, even with the 20% discount I received. :("

"This frame and set up looks very cheap. It is a nice idea but I rec'd it and had to completely change the frame to look decent. The poem was not even lined up on the paper, and the white margins were showing.Not worth it at all for the price."

"The frame is flimsy...the personalized insert is thin paper, not even nice cardstock. The poem is lovely, but I could have done this myself on the computer and bought a nice frame. We put our precious pet's picture in it and it is a keepsake...just not a real nice one."
