"I loved this cup! The pictures came out perfectly and quickly after filling with hot water. Makes a great gift. I was very happy with this product. Luckily I did not have any problems with its delivery and it was packaged with a lot of Styrofoam to prevent chipping."

Really fun gift but the coffee mug arrived with a chip on the side. February 07, 2013
"This mug is really a unique gift however when I opened it, I immediately noticed there was a small chip on the side near the handle. They obviously didn't inspect the product before shipping because it is a black mug when cool and you can easily see the chip with the white china exposed. It was shipped in bubble wrap and paper, boxed in a box with styrofoam packing so I know it wasn't damaged in transit. If not for the chip I would have given it an excellent rating. I am still recommending this product because I think it is most likely a random defect."

"I always like to 'surprise' my sister with something special and this was perfect! The images are nicely hidden when the cup is not hot. Once you put hot liquid in it the images begin to appear as the heat permiates the mug and it takes less than 1 minute for the full images to appear. Once they do appear they are there for quite a while. I HAD to try the mug out when it got here. All I can say is WOW! I filled it with hot water and in less than 60 seconds all of the images were visable! AND the images stayed for quite a while the liquid cooled, I left it on the counter and an hour later the images were still there. :)"
