"I am so disappointed with this piece. I have ordered many things from this website over the years and this is a huge let down. Not only is it not the color it's portrayed in the picture, but the lettering is barely any darker than the stone and you cannot read it even close up. The letters are even "smudged" looking in several spots. We bought this as nice memorial for a lost pet and it just added more heart ache when we received it. So disappointing."
