"I ordered the birthstone ring with my six granddaughters in mind.
If the two situations below had prevailed, I would be very pleased with it.
1. Unfortunately, I didn’t give a previous customer’s remarks enough credence.
A statement was made regarding how pale the individuals’ names were on the ring.
That is correct as each of the names are so light you have to really look hard to see them.
When looking at it on the internet and in the magazine, the names look like they’re created
with a black print, or black in the engraving. That was disappointing.
2. Also, when ordering the ring online, I filled out each entry for each granddaughter.
I assumed (my mistake) that the gems would be placed based on the pattern of reading.
First stone-top left, 2nd stone-top right, 3rd stone-middle left, 4th stone-middle right, 5th stone-
bottom left, 6th stone-bottom right.
Unfortunately, the stones were placed top to bottom-left side, top to bottom-right side.
That made the birth sequence of my granddaughters out of order, another disappointment.
Years ago I purchased the same ring in sterling. It was looking worn. This purchase was to
replace the original purchase. I couldn’t remember who I purchased the first ring with. But I do
know that they put, on the internet, a schematic outlining exactly which spot on the ring
held which specific child’s stone and name. Personal Creations would do themselves a
service by implementing this tactic as well."
