"You would think when you order personalized margarita glasses it wouldn't come blank. I received my two orders where the glasses had no an etched of anyone's name. My Christmas party is this week and this ruin everything. They could not even ship me out a new shipment because it's so called sold out. You would think they would inspect the items before it was shipped out. Horrific."
