"I had two of these photo mugs made for my son and his wife for Christmas with the photo of their new baby on one side. The other side contained the baby's full name, birth date and Christening date. When my son and his wife opened the first mug, they both cried - and nothing ever gets to them like that. Interesting enough, I was watching them while drinking coffee from a mug I had made for them a few years back with their older daughter's photo and my other grandchildren's photos on it. Memories never fade with mugs like this!"

Decent mug, but the photo was angled/crooked December 18, 2012
"It is a decent mug at best, and the photo printed in good quality ... but the image is not "square" of the side of the mug. It is a bit crooked/angled on the mug. I am slightly disappointed, but it is not bad enough to return or not present as a gift I guess. I just wish for the money I paid that it was a bit better quality. I would recommend this if you want a simple gift that you can customize with your words and a photo. I dont think I will buy it again unless its for a gag gift or something. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my wife, but it wasn't as nicely made as I would have hoped."

"I just received this in the mail and am VERY satisfied with the picture I downloaded. I was not totally satified with the message on the other side. When the font was a crayon like font I did not realize that the letters were all different colors. If there is a way to make the letters all the same color I would have been TOTALLY satisfied."

"This was my 2nd time ordering a personalized photo coffee mug. The first mug a few years ago was awesome and still in great shape. But this recent order was disappointing, because the photo quality looked poor with colors off and little distorted (not a result of my camer shots/pixels). Perhaps the developing department was just having a bad day."
