Impossible to balance the globe! December 29, 2012
"We have tried so many times to balance the globe so it levitates, but it doesn't work. Since we personalized this product, the base has a special message and we are keeping it. But we sure wish the globe would stay between the two magnets without getting attached to either top or bottom."

"I thought it was pretty cool. One thing i didnt like was i paid to have a little card sent and the card was laughable it was sooo cheaply done. My wife who i got it for has a hard time getting it to work but i did it just fine so i don't fault the product but just a warning to some that it is a little tricky"

"I bought this as part of an anniversary gift. In less than two days the top magnet appeared to over power the bottom magnet resulting in the globe attaching itself to the top. We positioned it several times but got the same results."
