"Couple of complaints on this item. First of all, the writing of the personal names on the mug is illegible. Second, the design is only on one side of the mug. It should be on both sides. The mug itself could also be a little more ornamental. It is very plain."

"I've ordered three matching sets up to date. The first was for my husband and myself at our 1 year wedding anniversary. The other two were for friends who were getting married and both sets of friends absolutely loved the mugs as special additions to their kitchen or office desks.
