"I loved the craftmanship of this product but the gift box was packaged horribly and it was in horrible shape when it arrived. There was a large rip in the top of the box, and the card withthe message on it was placed on the card crooked, horrible attention to detail. Expected so much more!!!!!! Will not buy again!!!"

Invitation Keepsake PERFECT!!!!- but gift wrapping horrible. June 02, 2012
"This is the 2nd Inscribed Wedding Invitation (invitation keepsake) that I have purchased from THIS company and I am VERY pleased with the keepsake, the inscription message will be just as you write it....so double check your spelling before sending. I will continue to buy these keepsakes from this company for weddings and birth announcements....love them! But DO NOT pay extra for the "GIFT WRAPPING".....the 1st keepsake I bought I didn't pay of the gift wrap.... the 2nd I DID....they both showed up looking identical....both in distorted white boxes, the ONLY difference was the elastic gold cord bundle tied around the "gift wrapped " one.....and they both had invoice tags stuck to the boxes....I payed a pretty penny for the keepsakes, but I really would rather not have the recipient know how much I spent on them.... PLUS the personal card option SKIP that too....the small card and envelope was CUTE.....IF it wasn't covered in a TACKY office label with our message covering it.....don't ask me why they just don't print ON the actual card..... OVER ALL the keepsake its self is perfect great for weddings & birth announcements.... my gift recipients have been VERY pleased."

Unique Beautiful Gift! May 25, 2012
"We purchased this for our brother (my brother-in-law) for his upcoming nuptials (in a few days). We just received it in the mail, fast shipping! (I ordered it a couple days ago.) We wanted to see it beforehand for any errors. It is beautiful and unique, a keepsake. We also purchased the box, a perfect fit, which comes with tissue paper and a gold seal. The reason I gave four stars is so future buyers will look at my review...and know to check the free gift card, which comes taped (but not sealed, thank you!) to the front of the box. The gift card only contained one line (addresssed to the couple), and omitted the second line with our names on it! (I previewed the gift card before ordering, and it had both lines.) We will sign the card, reattach it to the box (very easy, leaving no marks on the card or box showing this has been done). We will wrap the box in beautiful paper, and then include a personal wedding card on top of the box as well. One of the reviews mentioned that there is no preview of the inscription on the lucite block to check for errors. Actually, after you fill in the boxes for your inscription and click the submit button, you will be taken to another web page, where you can click on a link to view the inscription for any errors, if any. (This preview is not superimposed on the lucite image, but you will be able to check for errors rather easily.) It's a beautiful unique keepsake gift! Thank you, Personal Creations!
