Lovely Keepsake at an Attractive Price date: January 02, 2012
"I bought this item for 5 girls ages 6 to 17 for the holidays. For sanity's sake, i bought all the same tile color (burgundy) The boxes arrived timely and were shipped in good condition. One box, however, was scratched but Personal Creations promptly shipped a replacement box and did not require the damaged box to be returned. I found the boxes' to be a good solid construction and the tiles to be very attractive. The color on the tile was very rich. The interior is lined with a velvety lining and the bottom has rubber feet at each corner. You can use a paint pen to write a message on the bottom of the box, which I did to further personalize the gift. All the girls gushed over the boxes and simply adored them. The 6 year old was more thrilled to be getting a gift just like the gift the big girls got than over the gift itself....but that's how they are at that age! I am sure in time, she will come to love the box as well as the others. I do recommend this item. It is a charming, reasonably priced gift for any special girl in your life."

"I bought 2 of these boxes for my son's preschool teachers. They are cute, but the inside of the lid had come out during shipping, so I had to reglue it. The other thing to point out is that the box is not a deep cherry color as shown in the picture - it was a brighter red than what I expected. I ordered a red tile and a green tile and I would not recommend the red tile. Overall, it is a nice gift for the price."

Incorrect Spelling - Unsatisfied date: December 19, 2011
"The quality of the box is good, but this company does not know how to spell. I ordered this as a gift for my mom's birthday and they incorrectly spelled her name. All they had to do was read the name that I entered in the box and copy it. It seems to me that they have poor quality control and don't inspect their goods prior to shipment."
