"I loved this cross and the look of it, but if your last name starts with a Z...forget about it. The font they use on this product looks identical to a cursive L. In no universe does it constitute a Z. At first, I thought they misspelled it so they sent me a new one. Same problem. Had to throw them both away an got a refund. What a waste. I imagine any other letter would be fine, and it's a very pretty piece. Not as big as I had hoped, but nice nonetheless."
