disappointed with workmenship December 24, 2012
"i received the frame rather quickly but did not really look at it very well until i was wrapping it for christmas. that is when i saw that there was some paint that was knocked off of the frame. it's not real visible from far away but i was disappointed because it was a gift. gave it anyway."

"Original frame arrived with finger prints, scratches, dents, etc. Replacement frame was slightly better but still had scratches and dents. Also on both occasion's, the frame was unassembled to personalize it and was not reassembled before shipping; rather just stuffed back in to the box. I was not impressed with the quality of the product, and especially with the lack of quality control."

"I was really happy with these frames and they were perfect for the gifts I needed. However, the engraving dust was not cleaned off well at all, I had to clean each one before I could put the pictures in them."

"I love this product!!! I brought this product for two siblings that are ages 16 and 9 years old and placed a picture of both of them together in the frame. The frame was a simple black frame that you can get anywhere if it gets ruined, but the wooden border with the hearts on it was made with qood quality wood. I love that the engraved border is not attached to the frame itself, so the girls can move the border to other frames they or their parents buy, if necessary. I love this website, they have a whole variety of items and they are cheap (cheap but the product looks expensive. I was using Things Remembered before I found this site and I was spending way too much money for items that sometimes did not last. Personal Creations, keep up the good work!!!!!!!"

"I bought 3 of these frames and I intend to take a photo with 2 of my sisters and place a photo in each frame for both my sisters. I myself have one.I will give each of my sisters the frame as a gift and keep sake especially since we live countries apart. They will love it since I love it."
