"I wish I'd have known that the most inexpensive gift would be my wife's favorite before spending money on so many other things. This mug is fantastic. Super cute, good size, characters are adorable, personalization was perfect. I'm jealous of how much more comfortable this mug is to hold than the ones that I use at home. The handle is wider than your average mug, making it easier for people with big hands (such as myself) to slip all 4 fingers through. Might have to order one for myself..."

"My kids gave this to me as a birthday gift. When it came in, we saw that the handle had been broken in shipping. I called Customer Service, and I have to say they were some of the nicest people to work with! The rep got right on it and reordered the coffee mug again. When I mentioned that it was too bad it couldn't be here in time for my birthday, she made it happen with only a few business days. The new one arrived in time, and it was just as adorable as the first one. Overall, well made coffee mug, and I love the little images on the front with my children's names under each one."
