Horrible quality May 26, 2012
"The only positive thing I can say about this is that the pen works. But wow, was I surprised at the horrible quality of the appearance of this set. I am not even sure I want to give it as a gift. The wood case was scratched, the engraving looked as if something slipped and a couple extra lines were made, there was wood dust inside and outside the case. The wood of the pen has worn spots and the golden pocket clip has permanent smudges on it so it is not shiny. I am so disappointed in this purchase."

Very poor quality; basically ungiftable May 21, 2012
"The product arrived on schedule, but that is the only positive thing I can say about it. The engraving on both the case and the pen & pencil is in terrible shape, with multiple small holes in the engraved characters ruining the appearance. Also, note that the rosewood looks nothing like the picture shown on the product page; it is more of a solid brown color, versus the cherry finish appearance shown in the picture. See the attached picture (I blurred out the last name and school name) to see what I am talking about. I have ordered several products from Personal Creations in the past and this is the first time I have received something that isn't high quality."
