"I ordered 2 of these for a couple of pet loving friends. One arrived perfect. The other arrived with part of the lettering scratched off.(Not the personalization but another word). I promptly called PersonalCreations and the customer service was impeccable. The lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful and replaced the item with no problem at all.
