"It took two phone calls to sort things out on this purchase. The first box was incorrect. Partially my fault, for the misunderstanding over the phone. Script and block lettering cannot be combined on the personalization. The company was great, their response was above and beyond, they handled everything beautifully. Overnight, a new one was sent out, just in time for Christmas. Mom loves it and so did we."

"I love this antique-looking glass box. It is delicate and yet durable. I keep it on my desk and I store all kinds of important things in it. I think the box is special. I did not order a personalized heart, but one came with it that said "daughter." I took that as a sign that my mom was watching over me from heaven. I also bought one for my friend and she loved hers as well. I like the artistic carvings on the glass and the purple stained glass around the top of the sides. It is a very intricate piece of work and worth the money."
