Please provide child’s first name, up to 13 characters, last name, up to 18 characters, gender, birth date, address, city, and zip code. You can choose up to 3 of their favorite friends names, up to 12 characters each, and gender. You can also add who the book is from ,"With Love From" will always appear (ex. Mom, Dad, Aunt Kate with their name/names up to 30 characters per line using up to 2 lines). This giant, softcover book measures 10" x 7/8" H x 8" W. "I ordered the book with Santa. It looks great, pictures are awesome and the story is fun. It would be great if covers were hard, but hope it will last some time. Can't wait to share it with my daughter on Christmas Day! I am sure she will love it! The story line is great - she is 4 and I am sure she will have no troubles understanding. It is definitely not a "giant" book - it is a good thing I did not order one of the smaller ones. The price was reasonable for a personalized book. Will recommend to a friend."

Great gift, just watch the details. September 21, 2012
"The book was great and I plan to give it to my daughter for her birthday present but I'm a little disappointed with the details. When you fill in the section for who it is from it has name line 1 and 2. I assumed because it was for 2 diiferent names that an "and" symbol or the actual word would be in between them. It is not so now the book reads with love from Mom, Dad. Not with love from Mom and Dad. Granted it is a small error and wouldn't bother most people but it is not proper English and the lack of wording makes it look rediculous and I find it very irritating. Now I get to purchase another one so it is correct, at least the customer service rep was very helpful, after verifying how to enter it with her supervisor, and we were able to get a correct one made. PCs customer service reps are great."

Good idea in theory, but actual book needs improvement May 15, 2011
"I got this book for my son who is turning five, as well as for one of his best friends having a birthday in a few weeks. First, I was disappointed that the book was so wordy. There is a LOT of text for a five year old which could either be a positive or negative, depending on what you are looking for. My bigger problem, however, was that the use of the child's name is in the same manner each time it is used. In the story, the child is interviewing Lightning McQueen so the use of the child's name is consistently "asked ", "said ", etc. It was extremely repetitive and uninteresting, plus, because there is so much text, the child's name sometimes doesn't appear for 3 pages. Another annoying thing is that random paragraphs begin with single quotation marks with no ending quotation marks. I think this is a consistent typo throughout the story. I also expected the book to be hardcover, but that was my fault."
