"OVERALL THE PRODUCT WAS A GOOD PURCHASE. BUT, UPON OPENING THE PACKAGING, I NOTICED SCRATCH MARKS ON THE BACK OF THE FRAME, WHERE, EVIDENTLY SOME SORT OF CUTTING DEVICE WAS USED TO UNWRAP THE FRAME FOR ENGRAVING. DISAPPOINTED IN THE DAMAGE, BUT I STILL GAVE AS A GIFT AND I GUESS YOU COULD SAY THAT IT WILL BE HANGING AND NOT NOTICEABLE FROM THE FRONT. IT'S JUST WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE, I DON'T APPRECIATE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE."
