"The ornament itself was fine. However, when I received the ornament, my daughter's name that was supposed to be personalized was written (poorly) in sharpie. I could have done a better job myself. Product would be better if they just left the space blank and let you write the name in yourself if that is how they are going to "personalize" it."

"Elmo is so darn cute! The cut-out form is very different from all the other kinds of ornaments you see. Our friend is a little over 1 yrs. old and Elmo hit it out of the park. He was delighted. No matter where we put it on the tree he could see Elmo peeking through the snowflake. Thank you. We all enjoyed Elmo in the snowflake!!"

"My son was thrilled when he received this ornament in the mail (he LOVES Elmo), however on his way to hang it on the tree he dropped it and broke a piece of the snowflake off:( I glued it back together and it still looks fine."
