Please note that only one option for personalization (i.e., name, initial, or 3 letter monogram) is allowed per set of glasses. Your personalization option will appear on ALL glasses in the set.

Balloon Glasses are Gigantic and Red film was streaky January 04, 2013
"Customer service was phenomenal!!! I would not re-purchase these glasses, but I was sooo pleased with the excellent service I received that I would certainly order from this website again, just not these glasses. The balloon glasses were an awkward size, not the typical "balloon" size and style I am accustomed to, as we are avid wine drinkers. The red coloring was not perfect and I did not care for the customization or quality of the lettering."

Not Durable...Very Fragile... December 16, 2012
"We received 3 Red & 3 Green for Christmas 2011. The glassed are beautiful and the engraving is very nice however the glasses themselves are very fragile. The stem of one of the Green ones broke as we were taking it out of the box it was shipped in,and I am not really sure it wasn't cracked when or during shipping. Trying to replace it and can only find the Red is available. Very disappointing."

OK Glasses, Not so Good Engraving. March 20, 2012
"I purchased 4 red balloon wine glasses. I do love the color and shape of them, however, the engraving was very shoddily done. On one of the glasses, it looks like the engraving machine skipped, so the initial does not look good. There are also scratches on the glasses which is most likely done by the engraving machine, as well. I think these glasses would be absolutely perfect if Personal Creations took there QA seriously and would not let some of their products pass inspection. I'm a bit disappointed, but I do like the glasses themselves. Don't think I would buy these as a gift (at least not engraved)."

"I ordered the bubble glasses and had them shipped to me before I sent them out as a gift as I head read reviews that the glasses were dirty and the etching was not up to standards. I was so excited when the box came in almost immediately. The etching ( I did a single initial) was classy, the color was beautiful, and the glasses were clean. The company representative was pleasant and helpful when I called for questions. I would highly recommend this product and I will now just have the product shipped directly out and not to me first. I am an experienced wine drinker and use only quality glasses and I am going to order myself a set or two. I also added the special gift box which was a plus. Thank you, thank you. What a find!"

A beautiful unique gift! February 22, 2012
"I ordered the glasses in lavender for a gift for a wedding I am attending. That is the color of the bridesmaid’s dresses and wedding decor. I can't wait till they open their gift! The glasses are very large which I think makes them look elegant. The engraving isn't too impressive but for the price I think it is good enough. When received them in the mail the glasses looked dirty. I plan on washing them before wrapping them and I am a little concerned that the engraving is going to be too subtle once rinsed. I am overall pleased with the outcome and think it is a great engagement/wedding gift"

"I spent an hour on the phone to insure that i received the BALLOON one and when i got them in the mail it wasnt what i ordered. They were very compative with me, and did NOTHING to make me happy, Dont let the title fool you, they are NOT balloon glasses."
