"Personalization was supposed to be Bonnie one the left side, and Tom on the right side on one mug, the other mug was to be Tom on the left side, and Bonnie on the right side on the other mug. Well the latter of the two, the personalization was correct on, but both mugs got personalized this way."

"I loved this mug just as much as I thought I would. I've never used this site before and was pretty antsy and suspicious of it, but the mug just seemed perfect when I saw it online. When I received it in the mail, I was completely satisfied. There was no need to be worried! It is WONDERFUL. It's just like the picture and description led me to believe it would be. I bought the mug as a birthday present for my fiance, and it was both of ours' favorite. He opened the box I put it in, looked at the Chinese inscription, and said, "I know what this means!" It was a very special moment. Thank you for making such a great product! It was perfect for us ^^"
