"The wooden cover and name engraved was excellent but the inside where the pictures are place was very poorly made. Was not please with the inside part of it. It took away from the beauty of the book. Would not recommend this item. :("

"I ordered this for thinking it was a personalized Bible for my grandson however did not read close enough because It is a photo album. My mistake. When I open the box the metal angel on the front should have been glued on, however was no longer attached. Glue still there but not angel. Disappointed and not worth what I paid and since it is engraved I own it."

"I bought this product along with 4 other Personal Creation products for my God son's baptism and was very disappointed. The wood was scratched up in several places. I plan to try and exchange it however I think the problem is the quality of the wood."

Disappointed with quality November 23, 2011
"I purchased 4 of these albums with high hopes that they would be great personalized gifts for some fellow employees. I was very disappointed with the purchase. First, the albums were covered in dust (I presume from the engraving), but I was willing to overlook that and give them a quick polish. However, even a good buffing won't fix the appearance of these. The finish is rough and even chipped in places, the engraving on 2 is not as clean as the other 2. One album's angel had fallen off in shipping. The others have dried glue that protrudes from behind the angels. I am very disappointed in the overall quality of this product."
