"I ordered this product and it came in a little over a week. I was very impressed with the promptness considering it was engraved. The lettering was large but slighlty cramped next to the phrase running along the top but it is very nice and makes a lovely gift! I ordered only one other item before for a friend and she loved it. "The product itself is of good quality, however, it would be more benefical if it came with some sort of stand to hold the glass nameplate. Personal Creations does not even sell them, so now before I can present the gift, I have to look all over for a stand to hold it. It seems silly to give it to someone without an option on how to display it!"
